How does Product Testing work?
Members register on our website for product testing, mystery shopping and secret dining opportunities. During sign up, members are asked to tell us why they would be a good reviewer for each opportunitiy; reviewers are then selected based on these responses.
Selected testers get to keep the product in return for a product review which we will then post on our Review Room and social media profiles. Mystery Shoppers and Secret Diners will be sent vouchers for the chosen store or restaurant, and will be asked for a review of their shopping or dining experience in return.

A written review (500 words or more), video review (a minimum of a minute long) and photos. Selected reviewers will be given a checklist of photo requirements and points that they may wish to discuss in their reviews.
How do I sign up?
You can register for products and other opportunities by selecting a product/opportunity and completing the registration in full.
Will it cost me anything?
What do I do if I have not received a confirmation email for my account?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you have not received the confirmation email, please send us your email address using the contact form and we can manually activate your account.
How does Product Testing Australia make money?
As a specialist in market research and online opinion polls, manufacturers and advertisers pay us for our services.
I've registered, when will I receive my products?
We select our reviewers, you have to wait to be selected before we send out the products. If you are selected we will email you.
Do I get paid to submit a review?
We do not pay for member reviews. Selected testers get to keep products for free in exchange for a review, or will be sent free vouchers for mystery shopping and secret dining opportunities.
Do I have to register more than once for each opportunity that I am interested in?
No, you only need to register once for each opportunity you are interested in. Please note that registering more than once for an opportunity will not increase your chances of being selected. However, if you do not complete registration for an opportunity, but are still interested in it, you can go back and re-register in full at any time.

How do I change my address details?

I am having problems sending my review to you, what can I do?
Can I be chosen again for testing?
As our reviewers are selected based on their responses to why they would be a good reviewer, there is a chance that you may be selected on more than one occasion.
How long do I have to complete the review?
Reviewers have 7 days from receipt of the letter and product to complete their review and send it to us.
What happens if I can’t complete the review in time?
Please let us know if you require an extension using the contact details in your reviewer letter.
Where will my review be posted?
Your review will be used in our Review Room and posted on our Social Media Profiles.
How can I unsubscribe from affiliate emails?

Why is my email address invalid
Why does it say I'm already registered when I try to register?
This might be a caching issue, you can clear your cookies and cache within your internet browser settings and then reload the page to register.
My postcode is invalid, what do I do?
We are unable to accept addresses which are associated with Business Premises.
If you have an alternate residential address then you will be able to enter this on our system fine. We always check addresses prior to sending anything out, so if this address is not where you would like a product to be sent if you are selected, then we will be able to alter this at the time.
I am having trouble finding my address
The best way to use the address finder is to enter your postcode first, and then start typing your address. For example, 2401 1 Sydney Road.
Please note that you must select an address from the drop-down list or it will not be accepted. If your address is not listed, please use an alternative address or contact us
Why am I being asked to log in again?
If you have a Product Testing account, please make sure you log in before you click on a product to register.

How can I unsubscribe from emails?
If you have an account with us you can unsubscribe from Product Testing emails here. You will need to log in to unsubscribe and select from the options. Please allow up to 48 hours for changes to take effect. if you are receiving notifications/pop ups then please refer to the question below.

How do I stop seeing Gmail Adverts in my promotions tab from Product Testing?
You can block/hide adverts from Product Testing if you no longer wish to see them. You can also find more information on how to remove unwanted adverts in G-mail here.

To delete your account, please click this link here, sign into your account and select the 'Delete Account' option. Please allow up to 48 hours for changes to take effect.
